This item showed "delivered" however I never received it. I spoke back and forth with customer service and they at one point said "please allow it a few more days to show up, we have been seeing this quite often lately where the packages are being scanned in as delivered a few days before they actually get delivered - no idea why usps is doing that". Despite the fact that MiniBeast admitted USPS is providing incorrect information they refused to resend the package.
