Unfortunately a bad experience. Was excited to receive their clip ons but they weren't as advertised. I bought the 'Light grey', expecting ashy tones but it was light blonde. After multiple subpar email communications in general with the team, they said it appears warmer in natural lighting. They recommended that I go for 'Silver' if I wanted ashy. After exchanging and receiving the product, I returned it on the day. Both products weren't accurate representations of what's advertised online.
