I tried on the shoes when they arrived at my home and the strap popped immediately on the sandal before I could even put my foot on the floor, and they’re in my size. I logged on to the website to request a refund and got a response saying after I submitted the picture that it needed to be reviewed, it’s been several days and I’ve yet to get a response. Really disappointed. I’ve bought several pairs of shoes from this company and this is the first time I’ve had a problem.
