I was so excited like Christmas morning, they were delivered while I was out of town so for 3 days all I could think about was wearing these jeans. Too small, terrible return policy, completely unhelpful customer service staff. No star rating for sure!!

OK, they did respond and communicate, thank you, but it does take a little time. The exchange finally arrived and does more or less fit better although still a bit snug, even though I ordered two sizes over my normal L size.
