Terrible customer service and still have not shipped my windshield that I ordered on May 22nd

Very bad experience. The customer service is not responsive and does not reply to customers’ emails. It has been over a month since I placed my order, and the product has still not been shipped. I have not received anything until now, and there has been no clear update or support from the company. Very disappointing experience.

Do not purchase from these Bozo's, just a scam, they never ship anything, just charge your credit card. No one replies emails, or answers the phone.

Cannot reach customer service.

I have not received my windshield. I would like my money back or my windshield.

I have not received my order nor have I been able to get any status updates on it, no responses to my emails and nobody answers when I phone.

Zero communication or responses My shipment never came and it’s been a month almost. Customer service is free by the way. It’s something any business should focus on as priority one ! I’m sure others have given you the same advice though.

I've reached out to them by email in regards to this order. I've given them a full 2 weeks to send a tracking number or any updates on the purchase. I reached out to them for any information in regards to the product and still have not heard back.. it has been 72 hours just from the follow-up email.

No communication from vendor. Sent wrong item after I started to file fraud claim. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS SHOP.

No product shipped... no shipping updates... and no way to cancel the darned order. Not good y'all!

I was a little skeptical after not receiving it within 14- 20 days nor hearing anything but I did some research and realized it’s a small family business. So I just waited for the shipping confirmation email. Everything is good now.
