I hope this finds you well & that you can help me with my issue ? I love my Tuff Hose but unfortunately the spray head broke off last week. I can't get any response form both email contacts on Tuff Hose's website to request a replacement ? Very disappointed with their customer service & not sure what to do. Their website states 100% guarantee on all faulty products but how do I contact them to request this ?
