Easy shopping experience and website. The only suggestion I have is maybe a "free shipping once you order a certain amount" or "included with the Annabelle level" or something instead of shipping costs being every increasing. Idk how other companies do that without taking from the company, but I think it discourages bigger orders. When I'm spending $140 on 2 hoodies, it would be sweet to not have $15 shipping on top of it. Just a suggestion. I'll still keep buying though, have been for years!
