Absolutely atrocious experience as far as shopping on Pebble was concerned. The item delivered after 10 days. Once it came, the ring size was big, despite following the instructions on video and ordering accordingly. The replacement took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The customer care is clueless and mostly unhelpful. The company doesn't respond to mails at all. Except when they want to ask for ratings. Overall not at all a happy experience.
