Very poor communication. I've been using the products for 4 years now, and every delivery had an issue usually caused by lack of communication - delayed orders by weeks because an ingredient is missing, delayed order because packages is not available, delayed order because the owner had family circumstances. All this is fine with customers as long as it is properly communicated to them, but it isn't. We get radio silence.
