Customer service could do with some improvement, with the promise on the website of a certified full refund if the item is returned within 14 days, but in practice:
- a customer service that takes a long time to accept the return (negotiating an exchange or a discount when I explicitly ask for a refund in my email),
- return at my expense (18€ from France, for a 100€ bag!!)
- no news for 10 days despite my emails, even though the parcel arrived at the address indicated on their website for returns 1 week ago…
I returned the bag because I think it looks cheap for the price and I don't really like the colour, but I underline the effort of the brand to make pretty photo bags for women, I hope that other models and other colours will come out!
