For an "enlightened" vendor, I was surprised at the low vibrational state of their Customer Service. Not only did they not make an offer to repair or refund the damaged geode upon my initial contact, they never contacted me afterwards as they said that would. I cannot in good conscience, subconscious, or even unconscious recommend this vendor to anyone.
