I made the purchase for my son for Christmas. USPS never delivered it and said they sent it back having an issue with my address. Didn't have any issues delivering other packages! I contacted Captin Mowatt's to let them know it was not received. They were fast to respond and kept me updated. As time got closer to Christmas, neither of us received the package. They shipped me out the items so I would have them for my son for Christmas! That is fantastic service and an amazing product to boot!
