Purchased this ring for my granddaughter. She received it 9/11. When she was home from college 11/1 she showed me the ring, which is bent in several places. After normal wear for less than a month.. I reached out to customer service about either exchanging or replacing the ring. I was told it was past 30 days and that it “seems to be” from customer usage (which it is not true) and that they’d never had another complaint. It is very disappointing that your company does not stand behind its products, rather your policies. I will never order anything again or recommend your company.

Then to have to have half a refund instead of what I think good customer service would be I’d say sorry here’s the one you ordered we’ll make sure it’s correct this time and refund it to you.
