I was in communication with someone at the company through email but he or she stopped communicating. I can get the email and name of the person but we cant finish with out all the parts.
We use Prusa products and really like them but some of the printed parts are missing. We will try to print ourselves. Plus the prusa instructions indicated there were a certain amount of tubes but we got a coil of tube to cut ourselves which is fine but we didn't realize it at first.

I'm filing a fraud complaint. You charged me money and failed to deliver the product I paid for. You falsely claimed you would ship me a replacement and have made no effort at all to resolve this issue or even contact me. I planned to use this toolhead on a print farm of over a dozen printers. Now I'll never use one of your products for as long as I live. I'll also be making sure every 3D printing community receives copies of our communications and hears about your lack of customer service.

I chose the SD-WiFi-PRO to automatically upload data from my CPAP onto my PC.
I'm pretty tech savvy but I got stuck a couple of times. I reached out to FYSETC support & Jasmin responded very quickly. She connected me with Wujin (an engineer) on Discord who was very patient and helped troubleshoot my issue and guide me through the steps to get my card working as I wanted it to.
The card is now working just how I wanted (yay).
I'd 100% recommend the SD-WiFi-PRO & am very impressed with FYSETC support !
