Customer support is not helpful and the products smell awful. Too expensive for items that smell like medicinal chemicals. I was expecting sweet, fresh, strong scents that lasted. The oils smell so bad.

I emailed them bc it’s been 3weeks and still haven’t received my items and they replied that they couldn’t help me but yet offered to purchase a product protection if my order lost in transit. The website is user friendly, but the packaging it was shipped in looked very poorly. It came with no instructions or ingredient list. This is going inside of my body. I should have full access to the list of ingredients. You also should switch to clear capsules or add a warning that it will stain yellow when it dissolves.
