After leaving a comment on one of MiandMys Facebook post. Someone from customer service I’m assuming said something about reaching out to make things right with my dissatisfied order. I was told I could do an exchange then someone else from customer service said in email that they don’t offer returns or exchanges due to health concerns. Like it’s a bottle of perfume only sprayed it twice, it’s not going to get used and it’s not definitely not worth the price they’re selling it for

Unable to easily cancel subscription and have now sent my second request to cancel. No where on website to cancel and my first request sent via email was not honored nor got a response. I only ordered these products because your website said shipping in one to three business days and it was over a week and a half before I received them which is fine a large volume no big deal. The correspondence with the company was lacking. I truly appreciate the time that it takes to fulfill an order however, I ordered this company opposed to one I order from frequently, just disappointed.
