Horrible company. Doesn’t respond or follow their protocols but heavily enforces the no refund policy. Order was extremely delayed past the processing AND shipping timeline. I reached out more than 20 times with only three responses. Do not bother patronizing this company horrible customer service & service in general. I’m forced to keep a product that has no use to me now due to it being late and they don’t care! FYI it was a bachelorette gag gift.
