I had an issue with a perfume - Pussy Whipped. I actually reached out via e-mail to inquire on a concern of an issue and provide honest but respectful feedback. I explained it is unusable. The solution was 15% off for me to come spend MORE money. I reached out again requesting equal value store credit or I can return it. Ghosted.

Like I said I spent over $100 and I never even received my order and basically got told oh well from you guys and from The Courier the picture did show it left on my sidewalk area not at my front door where it said that the package was left because it wasn't because the pictures never showed it on my porch in front of my door or package probably would have never been stolen because you couldn't really tell that there's a package up there in front of my door because of my patio
