Bad updates and shipping timing. Came one day late though I ordered more than a month ahead. Asked for update and upgraded shipping so it would come on time. received no answer for days then finally told it shipped but too late to upgrade shipping now. Kinda sad. Jewelry seems okay. Time will tell. Heart is a bit bigger than pictures suggest and it came with opening heart charm though I chose option that I did not need to add more to it.
