This company cancellation policy is not fair. No fault of mine that I didn’t receive my items and they will not refund my money. They didn’t have the product to prepare the necklaces that’s on the company.

Quick and easy ordering, fast delivery, good products !

Terrible. Product never shipped even though emails said it was and even after contacting customer service they said they were almost ready. They never would ship it. I have given up. They are a scam.

The company expects reviews despite not shipping the purchased product. Communication in general has been poor.

The shopping was easy. It is a process, not instant, well worth the wait and they keep you informed every step of the way

Ordered over a month ago because I wanted it before Valentine’s Day and it’s still not here. It won’t come until days after Valentine’s. Highly disappointed.

There is no access to true customer service. Inquires are met with generic replies that have no information about my specific order and its status.

Didn't get it

I'm very disappointed. It's cheaply made and looks unattractive. I wanted to give it to my daughter, but I couldn't, embarrassed for the price I paid. I have to admit, it came nicely packaged and in a reasonable time. Not recommending it to anyone. The picture looks amazing in your advertisement. I'm so sad.

still waiting for shipment of my item. its been two weeks and I've received no info on it. emailed to ask for an update on my order and received a general email about waiting ten days for items to ship and how they're experiencing delays. am hoping I receive my item.

Did not receive her and ordered a months go

Never received the order. I bought a necklace for my mom’s 60th birthday. I reached out to support 4 times and every time they told me they were low on materials and could not give me any update.

Never received my ring and customer service was absolutely useless. Would not recommend this company at all unless you want to lose money.
