I ordered my necklace on August 3 and it said it was delivered on August 25. However I did not receive it. After calling USPS and emailing the customer service it turns out the company misaddressed my package and it got delivered to a different state. Then I was told the item had to be remade but they didn’t even offer to expedite it for me. I asked if I could at least have complimentary expedited shipping considering the reason why it was late was entirely their fault. I was denied that as well
