Everything was excellent, packaged and shipped swiftly after order. We had only one hiccup. The monogrammed dinner napkins were originally sent with the wrong monogram (J vice A). So, after doing a live chat with the customer service rep, I packed them up, returned them, and requested the corrected monogrammed ("A")napkins. They arrived quickly BUT were the same as the original, mistaken letter (J) monogram. So we didn't have the dinner napkins we needed. They are beautiful quality, but..
