The order processing took nearly a month longer than the estimate, so I did not receive it in time for the date I needed it. This was very disappointing and frustrating. Moreover, I contacted customer service to check on the status of my order and received no response. The misleading estimate and lack customer service has deterred me from ordering from Fancy Feather again or recommend to friends.
