Great website design but after my experience, the aero parts being sold are not genuine parts from the actual manufactoring company, with prices being far too high for copies.

Wont return phone calls or emails, terrible customer service.

Item never arrived. Hoping for a refund or replacement. Prompt email response so thanks for that but overall I really want this over. Not a good customer experience. You need another deliver provider.

Shit support and no accountability….very disappointing experience and will definitely make sure no one has to go through the same..so will tell my club members to make other clubs aware of the issues and not to bother with you guys! Lying on the website as well 3-7 business days…took more then 5 weeks and costed me more money to reschedule my panel beater appointment and rental car etc…yet no discount or and support. All I ever got was, well it’s at customs…also, pls be honest and just tell people you source your stuff from china…as I wanted to support and Australian business…it would have been cheaper and easier if I would just have bought it directly from China! You guys were truly disappointing and even the last email, after one item didn’t fit…must be my fault! NO accountability…can’t even be bothered to ring the panel shop…

super helpful team, i had missed a step in the install and they sent me the info on the manual and was able to recalibrate the correct car model for the display to line up correctly.

LOVE THE LIGHTS ...DISAPPOINTED with the SERVICE. Purchased 4 welcome shadow door lights for my 2022 BMW 330 when the lights arrived only 3 worked. I emailed Nevera auto who responded with an apology and said replacement light on its way. 2 weeks later emailed again response apologies the warehouse team are busy lights are on their way. Again a week later email reminder this time to no response and no light. I sent an email and follow up on the lights to the Nevera team. The NEVERA Auto technician team need proof that it doesn’t work, they need a video. Video taken and emailed. Response it’s not faulty you need to adjust pins ( didn’t need to do this with the other 4) , I try but still will not fit, at this point don’t want to damage car. I email Nevera and let them know its product is faulty, technicians and Nevera response we need more proof, we need another and more video …. Exhausted I just ended by another 2 as I wanted my car to look the same a week later its fitted and good …… BUYER BEWARE NEVERA AUTO WILL MAKE IT SO HARD FOR YOU TO GET WARRANTY REPLACEMENT even when the part is clearly faulty. I love your product, so disappointed with the service when things go wrong. Would not recommend.
