Purchased PewDiePie black chair for my son for Christmas. This was his only present and the only he asked for. Opened box on Christmas to put chair together. The right arm is broken up inside where it doesn't stay up, just falls down, there is a tear on the upper back of seat and a cosmetic piece on bottom was broken. Contacted company and have had no resolution. They have stopped communicating after asking for pictures, which I did send. So disappointed with this company and their customer service. This chair was not cheap. I only requested replacement parts. Stay away from ordering from Ghost Keyboards unless your happy spending hard earned money for broken products. Very sad!
