These shoes must be wrongly labeled. Ordered my daughter a size 8 according to their chart. The shoes I received were HUGE and measured as a 10. I requested an exchange and customer service wouldn’t price match, instead charged me more and I already paid to ship the shoes back. Very disappointed in the experience since the mistake was theirs from the start. Will not be recommending due to your return and exchange policy
