I emailed about a size question and got an immediate response so I ordered it since the website said it was in stock and ships within a couple business days. After a business week I emailed asking about the product not shipping as noted but got no response despite an immediate response on the size question. Another business week, I emailed once again and got no response. On the third round I emailed back directly the person who responded to my size question explaining the situation and the next business day I got a shipping confirmation. All the while no one EVER directly responded to my email, not even the person I emailed directly, nor was there ever a notice of delay.
