seems week, noisy and fully charged. It snags and you have to go over the same area many times for it to cut. Doesn't live up to the "hype" as advertised online, very disappointing, was hoping to have found a new and improved way to shave, I will stick to my other method!

I received the shaver on the weekend and was excited to see results but it was a huge disappointment. It hardly cut any hair even after going over the same spot over and over. It was also painful pulling the hairs and when it came time to clean it… that was impossible. Very disappointed and it’s unusable. It’s a good idea but the results are not there yet. I’d like to see what options there are for a refund to send it back or something because I spent a lot of money to go down the drain.
