During my initial use of the product, one of the heads cut me and broke. It then has taken over a month of communication with them to get me the replacement piece. They then sent me the wrong replacement item and have asked me for multiple pieces of proof of their own mistake rather than providing me with the replacement. The product has cut me already and their customer service is so slow and cumbersome. Do not recommend
