Digital download was what I paid for really. It’s great on my phone. The photo itself isn’t the same as what I got sent on my mobile and it’s a shame really as Iv just paid £50+ for a photo of my dog. The portrait itself is really dark and it doesn’t stand out at all as it’s so dark! :( the fact the email doesn’t exist is very worrying as you can’t get a reply from this team
