First, my order was late being shipped. When I contacted customer service, they were very rude and attempted to shift the blame onto UPS rather than taking responsibility. When I requested a refund of my shipping fees due to the delay, I waInstead of acknowledging the issue and working toward a resolution, they became defensive and made me feel as though my concerns were unreasonable. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to order from this company again and cannot recommend them to others.
