Packaging and all look great, the kids were very excited, however, the instructions are too little for just 1 of the advertised models, and even the LEGO instructions for any one of the advertised 16 sports models is not included, and neither is a link to a proper online place. The kids' excitement quickly is waning, and I'm worried about the frustrating experience setting a bad taste for robotics being difficult. Apart from that, the team's responses and willingness to help has been good.
