Big shout out to Natty. I had ordered 3 pairs of glasses, and they had all unfortunately one way or the other, broken. Yet my original pair 4 years old was still going strong. I emailed them, and they - no questions asked, completely replaced them and sent me new ones free of charge. What a beautiful customer service gesture in this day and age.
