I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order. Instead of receiving the Acne Negative bottle I paid for, they sent Acne Negative powder and charged me the same amount as the bottle. Despite reaching out to them multiple times over the past 4 days, I've received no response or resolution. This experience has been unacceptable and frustrating. I hope they address this issue promptly.
