I had to change my review because Stuart from Real Irish "did the right thing" as we say. I had ordered a bottle of Patrick Cologne, and due to no fault of Real Irish or Stuart, the bottle got broken by UPS. After a couple of weeks of waiting for the order to arrive, I checked the tracking and discovered the package was broken and disposed of. I spent a couple of more weeks reaching out to Real Irish through email and voice messages, but received no response. I became frustrated and put it a poor review.
As you have probably seen advertised, Real Irish/Stuart also do tours in Ireland, and it appears he was away for a few weeks overseas. This was the reason for the extended delay addressing my order.
Stuart reached out to me, owned it and apologized. He went above and beyond by sending me a bottle of the cologne, despite the order being cancelled. I would give 5 stars for all of this, but I take one off because of the original issue itself.
Bottom line, if you purchase from Real Irish, you are dealing with good people, but from this one limited experience, I would say be aware sometimes Real Irish goes on vacation. ;)
