Real Irish was an easy company to work with. I phoned them with a couple questions about the bracelet and my questions were quickly answered. Once I purchased the item they also delayed shipping for me one week, at my request, as I was away from home on travel and didn't want the bracelet sitting at my door. The bracelet arrived when I was back home. It was packaged in an attractive gift box.
