Electric Fireplaces Plus was great to work with. My order did not arrive in the specified time so I called to inquire about it. They immediately looked into it and found that my order had been accidentally overlooked and they were now out of stock. Their next delivery would be in 10 days. They apologized profusely and immediately offered me two choices. They would refund my money or they could contact the factory in Arizona and have one sent directly from there. It arrived 3 days later.
