I initially called the company to inquire about going from wood to electric with the existing fireplace opening. The knowledgeable rep assured me the exchange could be done and all my questions-concerns were addressed.
Also the wrong trim kit was sent. Tyler was able to expedite the proper size trim kit, sent the return shipping label and was in constant contact with the trim kit exchange!
