Shipping took nearly 3 whole months. This was to be a Christmas present and my spouse had several email interactions with the company regarding the delay. He tried to cancel the order a couple times because it was taking so long and they would not cancel. After the shipping/ordering issues I was hoping the product would be awesome, and it is not.
