After I ordered American Flag valve caps via Amazon, I received Tactilian having three stripes picture, not American flags, although the packs had an American Flag label over the original label. I contacted Tactilian direct. I suggested that I keep the incorrect caps so no one would pay to ship caps, and incorrect caps would not go to a trash pile. They shipped me correct caps, plus let me keep the incorrect caps.
