The time between placing the order and the order being shipped seemed a little long (close to a week). I typically don't mind longer shipping periods since transportation via ground vs. air is far better for the environment, but the actual time it took to make it to the shipper was longer than expected. Overall, not a big deal, and so far the product is working as intended.
