Customer service was really polite and prompt. The only negative experience I had was a rather long delay in production time (5 weeks instead of 2-3 weeks as initially promised) and it got rather tight for the dress to arrive on time. Customer service did not offer any solutions other than tell me I could pay an additional 40$ for expedited shipping, which I found outrageous seeing the production delay occured on their end and I had communicated the event date long ahead.

Your website says you are located in the US, but shipping and payment is China. I know there still is a distrust towards "made in China" which is bullshit since you guys make almost anything western countries buy.
I would love to see a more honest website.

My experience was generally good, but I removed a star because I asked for a delivery date of June 1st and was told it could be met, however, when the first came and went, I reached out and it turned out the dress had not yet been shipped. To the credit of Miss Jophiel, they immediately shipped and the dress arrived 3 days later, so everything worked out. My only recommendation would be to check in a week prior to your expected delivery date to double-cheek that your item is on its way.
