They advertise ties that are not in stock. I had to continually email to get a shipping status. They asked for a replacement tie since what I ordered was out of stock. Then never acknowledged or answered my response when I told them what I wanted. And last 2 of the free ties were exactly the same, and they didn't send the free tie rack as advertised.
