Cheap 50-cent plastic tie racks and an order of nine ties. Only one was correct, and another one had duplicates. The response to my inquiry included shipping of 2 deliveries emails -the tie rack and the wrong ties. No inquiry about the order problem and a delivery that is supposedly on its way, followed by "Have a nice day." My order was over $300. If the delivery that is on its way does not contain the ties I ordered, I will proceed with a credit card complaint and pursue a refund.

The shipping and delivery time was really pretty good and it was a shorter time than expected. The communication was prompt but illusive to my inquiry about whether I was getting a 100% SILK tie as advertised. Turns out that it was "POLYESTER".
