No clarity when products would be ready for shipping and when followed up was just informed that it was ready to order but no date. Then they missed to enter my house number on the packaging which delayed the delivery although I paid for express delivery.
Also unclear why an online shop asks for a tip and why taxes/duties are applicable for an intranet european move from Bulgaria to the Netherlands.

Horrible communication and customer service. I waited over 2 weeks for it to ship without being notified it was in back order when I purchased. No discount for future purchases. No I’m sorry we communicated poorly. Just refused my request to cancel the item and told me to wait indefinitely. Only until I threatened to go to my bank, then it shipped. The quality is great. I love it. And I love the style of the brand. But this is not how you treat customers spending 100 plus dollars on an item.
