I placed my order and a few days later found that they had charged me twice for my order. The second false charge was slightly higher than my order total as well. The charge on my bank clearly said it was from them. I emailed support and sent pictures of the charge from my bank. They denied charging me and said they couldn’t refund a charge that “didn’t exist” . Thankfully my bank was able to dispute the charge and get my money back. I will not be ordering from this shady shop again.

All of my items shipped late, and customer service was not inclined to go check on my package until I complained multiple times that USPS had not even received the package yet. It finally updated after my third complaint, which could have been resolved if my missing parcel had been investigated the first time I asked about it. All in all I am not impressed with fulfillment time. Support did not admit their fault in the supply chain, either, so I received no apology or reparation for the delay.
