Trying to return order 107414 Started my return on 1/28/26 I have not received any further information. Please help me

The clothes were what I was hoping for. The shipping was extremely slow, both times, and when my first package disappeared, I got no help from Badinka because I had not purchased the insurance.

Fast shipping

It was easy to order and though I had to wait a bit for the items to be made, they made it all the way to South Africa with DHL, no issues at all.

Ordered two suits, updated my address (but it only updated the billing address) - I noticed immediately after making my order and mailed them to update the shipping address. They ignored my mail for days and then they couldn't do anything about shipping my items to an entirely different state. Terrible customer service

I have sent multiple emails asking for the insurance to be claimed or the items re sent as I haven’t received my last order

Customer service was very unlikable. I ordered it with expedited shipping and package protection, it got delayed in customs, the shipping policy says they are not responsible for carrier delayed packages that don’t have package protection, and when I reached out about it they did absolutely nothing for me. The cost of the bodysuit + expedited 3 day shipping + package protection, it was two days late for the time of need, and with little to no customer support was a huge disappointment. Hope someone else’s experience is better tho, probably won’t buy again.

This company is not one I will be purchasing from in the future. They rarely return to your emails, poor communication, and their website relays opposite information of how they actually run their business. I also received an item that does not match the description online. They promised me in writing in an email to give me a %25 refund from that order as well as a buy one get one free code because of this mistake. They have never followed through with the refund and have never gotten back to me about the refund or buy one get one free code they promised me. On my most recent purchase from a week ago I ordered express shipping. You’d think their process time would be included in that? Nope I payed express shipping for the item I paid for to be estimated to get here the same time as standard shipping would. This whole website is picking and choosing how to compensate customers and when/what to communicate with customers, not following through with said promises and how items are purchased, and not respecting the express shipping process. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company as you will be highly disappointed and feel scammed essentially.

Awful company. Delayed and ambiguous emails. My order was incredibly late and when I wanted to return the item they insisted I pay for shipping. Will never order from this company again and will discourage anyone else from doing so.

Terrible

The website was quite easy to use and the product is great.

It took a very long time to get my order. When i received it one of the items did not fit; it kept falling off it was so big. When i messaged to ask how to return the item I received no communication.

Product took forever to ship, got returned to sender somehow, customer service has not been helpful. Problem has no been resolved and order was placed on at the end of Nov. 2025. Bad business.

Shipping was quick!

There have been changes in manufacturing that has led to sizes being so significantly smaller than they used to rendering my orders all totally useless.

Would buy from them again! Also had very prompt customer service when I had a question about my order

Dissatisfied with their customer support ignoring my emails about my return. I returned the item according to their refund policy and they aren’t returning ghosting me. Highly unprofessional and scammy.
