I received my package, but it was empty. I reached out to Jones and Rose about the incident. Christine was kind, empathetic toward my situation, and made every effort to help me. Once everything was investigated, the company decided to send the items to me at a different location. I also realized at the time that I ordered the Island Girl, so I changed it to the Body Custard, but the Island Girl came instead :-(.
