They have a terrible return policy. If you live close to one of their stores and you order an item online, they will not accept returns locally. If you buy it as a Christmas gift on December 1 or the end of November and have it shipped to someone’s house telling them it’s a Christmas gift open December 25 Literally by the time they open it and realize they don’t like it they can’t return it. They make no exceptions to their 30 day return policy even for the holidays, which is very unusual for most companies. I would recommend if you want to buy anything from them. You go directly to their store. Try it on and know that it’s exactly what you want.
