My order arrived on time and in good condition and the website was easy to navigate.

Slow delivery, I got asked for a review before it actually arrived, got back to the team and they confirmed the delay was a problem with the couriers.

Easy to order and quick delivery - the driver went well beyond his remit to get the pallet onto our gravel drive out of the way of our cars whilst we were out!!

Still waiting 6 weeks after placing my order and paying for it

Was given the opportunity on checkout to update my order to add another order at a discounted rate, which I did and paid for at the time. The first item arrived which I’ve given a good review to but the second item which is this one has not been despatched and the company are telling me that I never ordered it. clear I have because they sent me this opportunity to review it! Still awaiting information on the order from a complaint, after providing a bank statement, the order email and invoice.

Easy to order and delivery on time. Well packaged.

I bought slip-not mat to protect carpet during end of life care but unfortunately the nap of the carpet, which is tight, means it rises up when moving apparatus around a bed. I'm sure it would be perfect in a garage or on concrete but not for our application - this is a real shame as I spoke with the company twice to discuss the intended application. We had it down for less than 24 hours.
